Anybody take these together?
I will be taking Zith with Rifampin, but thought it might be a good idea to stay on Bactrim DS just in case babs comes back after stopping Mepron.

Yes, that's the combo my first LLMD put me on for suspected bartonella and known babesia. It did help a few symptoms, we're not sure which coinfection those were caused by.

I got completely well on bactrim/rifampin after treating lyme for one and a half years.
6 weeks later, I was sick again. We now know that I'm dealing with babesia or some other mean parasitic infection and the lyme is currently under control.
Currently, I'm on bactrim DS, lariam, zith and flagyl and having some really good days.

I should say, "6 weeks after stopping the combo, I was sick again."
