just found my 1 yr lab work on vitamin levels from llmd.he did tell me to take zinc but i was so sick with lyme i afraid to add anything to my stomach.i was clearly low in zinc and magnesium,i will start with low zinc dose to start.

I take zinc occasionally, and it does help some days...definitely makes my skin prettier. But other days it makes me worse? Then again, I take the chewable kind, so maybe it's the sugar in it?
Magnesium though? I've tried two different kinds, including magnesium maleate, and for some reason I always feel like death on this one...
