just started parasite program today.
1 tsp. Dr. Chris's Parasite Syrup
25 drops clove tincture (clove isn't in Dr. C syrup)
1/4 tsp salt
1,000 mg vit C.

I felt fine after taking this this morning, even had a 30 min FIR sauna session with a nice shower after.

Ate some steamed veggies and popped in my multi-vitamin pack (LifePak) and some Nattokinase ( think i remembered to put that in ) and now I'm nauseous as can be, even got really hot in the face and body but no high temp. (98.3 which is higher end for me).

is this a herx? or maybe just not enough food with vitamins? i'm still learning what a herx is for my body or what is a reaction to certain supps.

[confused]

Could be a lot of things, I guess, but I'll point out that every now and then I do get nauseuos from nattokinase. I do take it on an empty stomach.

I know when I did things to hit the parasites hard, I would feel a little tingly in the head or lightheaded or dizzy, some kind of thing like that.

You could be having several things going on as Michael pointed out, but I would definitely eat more than just some vegies with your vitamins. Also make sure you are drinking enough water. Hope you feel better.
