I have been using massage followed by hydrotherapy to aid in detoxing for the past 6 months. Trying to do this every 3 to 4 weeks.

Yesterday, for the first time, I really felt the difference and came out of the spa with much less pain and anxiety and irritability was dramatically less than when I went in.

My question is that about 3 hours after I developed intense cramps in both feet that took a while to subside and loud hissing in my ears, also urinating more than normal. I woke up this morning feeling great though. Does these symptoms mean that the detox is working or that I need to do something more? Thanks.

If you woke up this morning feeling great... sounds like your body released something.

I'd be doing the happy dance... and scheduling another appointment!
