I give my daughter Source Naturals Daily Essential Enzymes.
I was told recently that these are not complete.
Can anyone tell me what IS complete and recommend a good brand?
Thank you!

I take a product called Zymex II
If you take it on an empty stomach far away from food it is known to digest tapeworms!
If you take it with food it does a great job of breaking it down.
Some others are Solaray Full Spectrum plant Enzymes and Rainbow Light (inexpensive) Full Spectrum.
I prefer plant enzymes.

I like NOW brand "Super Enzymes". I've tried many different brands and combinations. These are the best. I only have to take one with each meal.
A naturopathic doctor is the one who actually got me started on Digest over 2 years ago. I buy it on Vitacost.com because the price is better.
Hope that helps, electrolite

electrolite,
It says "complete enzyme formula"? Well, that's what I need - direct pill talk!! No beating around the bush! Thanks for the recommendation!
Yes, I know what you mean about that scripture. Sometimes I think I should put a new one up and then I read it again and think, "not ready to let this one go yet."
I'd like to hear more about your amazing story sometime, electrolite. Were you sick before you collapsed at the train station? What happened then?

I'm glad that helped. Yes, I was sick before I collapsed at the train station, but I didn't know what was wrong with me.
I believe it was an adrenal crisis and that's why I went into a coma. No doctor ever figured it out, but I eventually did through research I've done on the internet.
If you want to know more of the story, send me a PM with your e-mail and I will attempt to write you with more details.
Yep, I agree! Great scripture!

Ooo Ooo Ooo! Most definitely Michael Murray's brand. Been taking it for over a year. Love it.

Nope, unfortunately Vitacost does not. I just get it at Vitamin Shoppe. It runs about $30/bottle (90caps; I use 1-3 with each meal depending on the "digestive toughness" of the ingredients, so it can get kinda pricey. One of the supplements I feel I absolutely have to budget for though.
