Why can't you use CMS when you have GERD?
I don't get it

Start small
I use it this way
1/4 tsp CSM with
3/4 tsp bentonite clay
1 TBSP Metamucil and tons of water to follow

it's for both toxins

saw a difference right away, really cleared my brain

very constipating though [Frown]

What's CMS?

May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.
