So..I'm supposed to pulse my flagyl for 3 days every 2 weeks (1000mg / day.)

But..I read on the 2010 ILADS notes that Dr. B says it takes 14-30 days for Flagyl to have an affect on Bb...so decided to go rogue and do a longer pulse without my LLMD knowing.

First week I noticed more ear zaps than normal. But the past 3 days have been FAB. I feel great. Still some minor sx, but overall the best I've felt in a while.

I see my LLMD in 2 weeks and will let her know. Now..Just trying to determine if I should stop the pulse or keep it going for a full 30 days. Having bloodwork done tomorrow, so that will help guide my decisions.

Cheers,

B

My LLMD, Burrascano trained, has had me taking tindamax straight for fourteen months.

I'm beginning to wind-down the antibiotics, and have just started taking a week break every month.

Don't think it hurts, as long as your labs are good.
