Well, I wasn't sure if I was relapsing, and my LLMD is out of town. So, his office told me to try the A-bart.

I took 1 drop last night-feel very shakey this morning. However, I also have a UTI, so not sure what's going on.

Is A-bart 2x/day?

Not happy to be going thru this again

I've been told you can go as slow as you need to. You could do a 1/2 drop BID, or less. My young son takes 1/4 drop QD right now.

Yes, 2 times per day. If you herx on it, it's pretty immediate.. I know that shaky feeling I've had it many times before.. It was one of my first symptoms. I'm up to 14 drops of A-Bart now, and no more herxing..

I have to agree with lululymemom,

The reaction is almost immediate. But I still can't get past 2 drops BID. Makes me really sleepy and extremely depressed.

lululymemom, do you think you are getting better? Do you feel it's making a difference?

It's getting a lot of attention, but it hasn't been out long enough to know if it really works. Sort of reminds me of the Cowden hype. That was supposed to be a miracle cure.

And maybe it was for some, but I don't see many posts from anyone that Cowden cured them. The jury is still out on this one. I know the LLMD's are excited about it, but they were also excited about Cowden.

If anyone reads this and feels they were cured on Cowden, please don't take offense. Would love to hear from you.

I've been on it for 6 weeks now and have noticed subtle improvements. I haven't had any more flares, which I used to get every 2 weeks.. I don't have the chest pain that was so intense upon wakening.. Overall, I am very functional.. Even dating again! [Smile]

I have been on it for a while, I thought I was herxing too, but eventually i did not notice any substantial improvement. I looked on their website and saw the products they use to make it, there is nothing extra ordinary there...

Shahbah,

Can you tell me how long you were on it and how many drops?

Thanks
