Hi All, I just started Buhner's core protocol last night-- and alllready getting a herx! Which is VERY rare for me. So its very exciting.
I don't have the book-- am just going off his info on Planet Thirve.com-- which is an awesome site by the way!
I'm going to back off alittle since I'm herxing, but so far I'm just on the Cat Claw and Knotweed. My #1 symptom is Severe Brain Fog. Does anyone know which herbs to add to the Core Protocol to help with Brain fog?
Any other thoughts or suggestions? (I am on Abx too)

BUY THE BOOK
Pleas go to amazon and buy it @ the cheapest price you can find if need be.
Let Knotweed do it's thing for brain fog. Over time it WILL work. Ginkgo Biloba can help - but knotweed will do it by itself.
Increase slowly and try to avoid constipation (it's tough at times, these herbs are very binding)

- Whitney,
If there is anyway you can get the book, it's vital to read that BEFORE Starting. So much detail is there that is just impossible for posters to share here - or to be on his website. Each supplement has a chapter averaging a dozen pages.
OLDN may have a copy to loan. It also may be in the public library system. -----------------------------------

Definitely get the book. Also, Planetthrive has a link to Dr. K's info. Go read his site and especially the heavy metals stuff.
I got the book the other day for $20. I think it's available online alittle cheaper.
