Being treated in Seattle for lyme and bart, nearly 2 years, been feeling good physically and mentally. Just had 3 weeks horrendous work stress and feel like I have moved backwards - exhausted, roving pains are back, cranky as hell, prickling skin etc etc blah blah herx type stuff. I wonder if its really possible that stress can do all this. I could just cry

Absolutely. This is not a herx, but more like a relapse. Obviously we are not good at handling stress, so take it easy and detox as much as possible.

Liz D, I spent most of my weekend resting too:-) And don't forget that crying can be part of the detox:-)
Take it easy.
