If you do it, does her method seem OK? How often do you do it? What type of brush?

With all the neck swelling feeling, perhaps something to move my lymph system better may help me. I guess it's virtually free so what the hell.

I think the key is to do it every day. I mean you really cant argue that it works when your body starts to feel warm and you can see more blood circulating.

i do this before every shower. Like you said, WTH, if it works on something, it takes little effort and the brush is only 5-10 dollars

I'm been hearing more and dry brushing and the concept sounds like it should help, so have just recently started doing it.
I figure it surely isn't going to hurt. Any little thing that might help get us out of this mess is great, so thanks for the tip.

I think it does help to shift the lymph, as well as increase circulation, so is worth doing; I must get back into this good habit!

It helps. I have so many toxins stored in my skin after battling Lyme and taking all those meds that I can only do it once or twice a week or I get fatigue.
My daughter who never had Lyme got diarrhea for the first few weeks she did it.
Our skin stores lots of gunk.

hey six, you get fatigue if you overdo sth that helps detox? Have you had any explanation to that? I also do that before evry shower, it does give a good feeling but I am not sure how it helps...

I'm thinking that when I release too many toxins at once it makes me fatigued. I only do enough that my body can handle eliminating the toxins without them making me feel bad.
When I first got better, I had fatigue with just about any method of detox I used except for coffee enemas. I haven't had that happen in months, so I was surprised it happened with something so seemingly benign as skin brushing.
