that my extreme muscle pain/joint pain is from hashimoto or either from lyme. for example, today i have a very very stiff neck and intensve muslce pain. it's like very strong aching muscles. in fact it feels like that only with more pain. the neck is like i have an iron vortex installed [Wink]

i have hashimoto and lyme. i didn't have this muscle pain since a long time. im currently on the cowden protocol.

I know plenty of people with Hashimoto's. None of them have pain.

I know even more people with Lyme and co-infections. Most have some type of pain.

You are likely herxing on the Cowden protocol. If the pain is unbearable, decrease your dosages, or take a couple days off to let the inflammation settle down.

it's confsuing!
when you google, then muscle pain etc. is a symptom of hashimoto. my doc always told me that hashimoto causes my muscle pain / stiff neck.

there's indeed inflammation going on.
