There is no truly reliable test as neurotransmitters would need to be mesasured vis brain biopsy and even then what is normal? Some say Neuroscience Labs is decent, but I'm not sure. They so some urine test. I don't believe in it personally.

Neuroscience. They use urine but you should do the adrenal test, too. That's saliva.
It's a long process and you have to stick with it but it helped me a lot. Lyme really threw my neuro transmitters way out of whack. It helped with depression and kept me off drugs. The products are pricey.

NeuroScience has been featured in Woman's magazine. The article stated about a mom's daughter, I think, had OCD. She did not want to put her on drugs so they tested her neurotransmitters and they went on the custom protocol and she was cured.
