The importance of taking binders has been stressed on this forum.

I also know that binders will bind to supplements and carry them out before absorbed. This obviously is not good if you need the minerals as we all do, particularly those with possible KPU. Not to mention the money spent on supplements. No one wants to flush their money down the toilet.

Common sense tells one to take the binders at least two hours before or after supplements. But is that really the best timing?

What about when timing the consumption of binders to coincide with an event that releases toxins? What's the best timing there?

Trying to schedule/time the binders compatibly with supplements and with detoxing events is a challenge.

Can anyone please advise on this?

That's a big question for me too. I have a whole pound of Chlorella, but rarely have the time slot in which to take it! And i have Modified Citrus Pectin, but only have a time slot for it once a month or less!

I came on to post the exact same question!

I am taking the Byron White herbals and doing KPU treatment.

I have the Biopure chlorella, but do not want to "waste " it by taking it at the wrong time. End result is that I am not binding as I should.

Does chlorella bind the minerals as well or what?

Sometimes, when I get up to go to the bathroom at night-I take a binder, or probiotic. Sit down, make a schedule of your meds and try to fit it all in.

I am struggling with this as well. I take supplements 3 times a day, plus stuff at bedtime...so I am struggling to find that *4 hour window* AND my digestion isn't the best so I don't know if my suppements have cleared after 2 hours which would mean the binders are taking that stuff away too...

My LLND has us take chlorella half an hour before meals, twice a day (20-30 KingChlorella)
On an empty stomach.

She says that if you take tne chlorella then, it will have moved into your intestines, next to your liver when you eat half an hour later. When you eat, it stimulates bile production from the liver, which is full of biotoxins. So, they get bound up with the chlorella and flushed out of your body.
