my infectious disease has recently tested me at quest labs for antibodies for 4 parasitic infections.i was already on parasitic meds but she did not think it would effect test results.i am interested in seeing results because i know from previous posts that the stool is not reliable. if anyone interested i will post results when in.

I sure am. My son was exposed to some type of worm and I saw it but don't know what it is.

well i do believe the negative antibodies because when i had the two embedded ticks and i had an elisa that was negative even with a rash,my doctor at the time did not treat me and 3yrs of hell later i tested cdc positive on western blot but still no antibodies to lyme.

Western Blot is a test for antibodies.

i thought one side of western blot was antibodies,i am probally confusing it so another way my infectious disease put it was i had acute infection? and the test did not show past infection.which did not make sense because i had the same symptoms for three years.

Just another reason to see a real LLMD. The tests are somewhat backwards when it comes to telling how long you have been sick. Like with everything else, it's backwards for Lyme.
