Hey,

I had a herx yesterday. So my chest pain went up to intolerable levels, so i took 800mg of ibuprofen.

What's so special about ibuprofen is, it takes 50% of my symptoms that i have away. I always wondered about that, because it also worked in the past when i didn't know what's my problem.

It also works on the reactions. I'm a lot less allergic when i take it. I took it once before a show and my bloodflow was a lot when i took it.

Does anyone else here have the same issue?
I always wonder how it's helping so much...

By the way i only take it when there's no way around it.

I find Excedrin works better for me but I try to take NAC for any potential liver stress. I also take prescription meds when needed.

For some reason, Advil doesn't help me much any more.
