Did things come back in spurts or did u just feel back to yourself. I feel reality based, but am still completely depersonalized on who I am. Things arent as surreal, also started lowest dose of seroquel 25 mg. Anyone?

i think it comes back little by little. At least with me. Its usually one of the last symptoms to leave, what most people say. I think as you start to improve your bacterial levels, inflammation, detoxification etc. your cognition improves. I have had this as my main symptom for the last 1 1/2 or so, and I have it every day, its improved, some days its better some worse. But it is in no way gone.
