I am treating for KPU using the Core supplement and am also taking Copper.
Have been treating now for 6 months.
I have just noticed that I am starting to get the white flecks on my nails again.
I seem to remember in Dr K's KPU information that it said that as you replace the zinc, you might find that your requirement actually goes up, because the zinc is starting to be used again in all the places that it couldn't be used before.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?

For me, the white spots came and went and came and went. I doubt that most people need more than what is in 4 capsules of the Core on a daily basis.

Sorry if it's inappropriate to ask this here.
What is the contact # for Health Diagnostic and Research? I tried calling and got a FAX sound? I got the number here on LN but its incorrect.
I would like to have the right number to give to my Dr. so she can call and order the test for me.
Thanks

As the white spots came back again on my nails, I realised i was getting sicker again. bad viral infection that was taking ages to clear, and a large wart on my finger that had almost gone, cam back again.
The I realised that I had previously been taking 50mg Zinc first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and had changed to taking 4 Core capsules a day WITH breakfast just a couple of weeks before I got sicker.
2 and a half weeks ago I changed back to the 50mg on an empty stomach and i started to "fight the bugs" again. The big ugly wart is almost gone !!!
I am doing 100mg Zinc for a while to see what happens, and am detoxing with EDTA supps.
