Hello,

I've just signed up for the forum and must say how friendly you guys all seem. Hopefully you might help me, and if ever possible, hopefully I could help someone else. Here we go then...

I've had symptoms for five years. These symptoms would be physical e.g totally no energy to mental - a whole host of anxiety, inability to focus, headaches etc.

What I feel are the two most telling signs, and the doctors seem to think "it's all in my head" are the pressure/stretching/tingling I get in my face. All around my nose, particularly between the eyes like there is something pressing on the inside. But I feel all these sensations all over my head, sometimes they are even sharp.

The second issue is food - at first my symptoms would come after eating food. Wheat, gluten, dairy and high-sugars are what I totally have to avoid. Also nuts because I guess they are hard to digest.

Over the years I've tried herbs and things and have experienced classic die off with the rashes, headaches, fevers, flu's and blood shot eyees. I continue to get them to this day.

What has made a difference is cats claw (better than samento for me) and using a psyliium based pro-biotic. All of this combined with a super low-sugar diet and easy to digest foods.

Recently I've tried a few products from the cowden program: Sparga, Cumanda, Banderol and Burba - wow!

I also had an object removed my sinus where there was also a fungal build up.

Anyway, this story could go on for pages, I am so grateful for anyone who reads and contributes - even if you agree with the doctors and think I'm crazy.

Thanks

You're not alone in wondering whether you're crazy! If you haven't yet, post to "seeking a doctor" and find yourself an LLMD. A good one should help you get to the bottom of all your symptoms and treat you properly. And I think the more you read here you'll find that many, many people suffer similar symptoms.

Feel better,

[Smile] sbh

It took 20 years to find out I'm not crazy.
New bite in 2010 pushed my body over the edge. Positive for lyme, babs, bart, and myco.
I am not a doctor and happily offer only my own opinions.

Have you been thoroughly evaluated for candida/yeast?? Are you taking high quality probiotics?

It WOULD be a good idea to consider evaluation for Lyme disease as well.

Excellent probiotics:

Theralac

Whatever you take, take at least 100 CFU's per day. Wish someone had told me that 10 yrs ago!

Hi there,

Thanks for the responses and links which I'm about to check out.

As for Candida, back in 2007, candida is what let me to the whol bacterial/parasites arena. I tried the diet and it helped and I tried loads of anti-bacterials/anti-fungals like:

- Grapefruit seed extract
- Oil of oregano
- Goldenseal
- Wormwood
- Black Walnut
- Colloidal Silver

And boy, they all gave me die off. Some cases quite bad.

But the science around candida seems questionable, and the only test is the saliva test which everyone returns positive for.

As for lyme, "people like me don't get Lymes" according to one doctor. But I'm now pushing for tests regardless (I live in the Uk).

What would be really good, is if I can find other people who get the symptoms straight after eating, and people who get the pressure/stretching/sharpness in their head/face/nose etc.

If I can learn anything about those symptoms, it could make a massive difference.

The herbs in the cowden program work well, I'm just trying to find a supplier who can reducte the costs for the full package.

Cheers

I also forgot to mention that whenever I take calcium - natural or supplemental, my facial pressure goes crazy.

Does anyone else understand this interaction?
