So far im only treating the Lyme with Zith & Doxy. I havent started any co infection abx. like rifampin for my bart, or Malarone for my babs. Could that be dangerous? Shouldnt i be taking care atleast one of the co infections with the disease?
I dont meet with my Dr again until the 24th

You are very lucky you can tolerate 2 antibiotics at one time this early in your treatment. Some people such as hubby have to use monotherapy for years before they can lower the infectious load enough to tolerate multiple antibiotics.
It all depends on which meds you use but generally most people only treat 2 infections at once. It is very hard to find combos of meds that can be taken together to treat lyme, babesia and bartonella all at once.
No one even knows for sure whether it is better to treat the coinfections first and then lyme or in what order they should be treated. Most docs try to treat whichever infections seem to be causing the most symptoms first. But as each infection is treated the symptom pattern can change and a different infection may be dominant.
Keep good notes of any major symptom changes and that will help your doc to make med changes as needed.
