Okay, I am completely at a loss in trying to figure this out and am hoping like heck it remains.

Yesterday and today when I woke up I felt energetic, clear in the head and not sleepy at all throughout the day except after yesterday's lunch.

I tend to have bouts of sleepiness throughout the day, especially early morning and after dinner.

I do have some very minor aches and pains as usual.

I use the computer for sending emails at work and have been typing like a speed demon without error all morning long today and even yesterday.

Usually I am not able to type without typos. I have to reread everything I type.

So where has my brain fog gone for two days.

Is this a good sign or should I not get too excited.

I recently added OLE 450mg which I am taking twice a day.

I also stopped my Samento for 1.5 days as recommended on Cowden's older protocol and resumed Sunday evening.

take advantage when you can. Clearer headed yesterday, don't know which was is up today. Hold on to it, it could last. Good luck.
