Hi All --

I have been Doing Real Good -- Symptom Free--

I started taking supplements for my Hypothalamus-

Vitex 36000mg per day(Solaray brand)
and D-Ribose 5 grams (Jarrow Brand) -
Both spread threw the day --

Before starting this treatment for my
Hypothalamus I was having symptoms that made me think that I was relapsing with Babs-

I was having heavy sweats when doing any kind
of work my body temp was all over the place
but stayed around 93F and constant cotton mouth-

Now after taking the supplements listed above
these symptoms are gone--

But I have to take these supplements daily
and if I miss taking them for a day my symptoms return --

I am trying to get a appointment with a
Endocrinologist but these doctors are swamped
buzzy like LLMDs and it could take months to see a doctor --

From what my LLMd said at the meeting I went to
where she talked about lyme messing up the Hypothalamus I think it would be Good for everyone
to try these supplements --

Made a Huge difference for me--Jay--

You had a 93 deg body temp seriously Jay? Wouldn't you be almost dead if that low?

Glad you're doing well. I wish the D-Ribose helped me so much! [Smile]
