I have a question.

I've heard the horror stories about Doxy side effects. Namely nausea and sunburn.

I've been on it for months and I've had neither. I can be outside skiing all day and not have a burn.

Others I know burn in like 5 minutes.

Does this mean my body just "likes" doxy? Or is it possible it isn't even being absorbed and getting into my system?

Not everyone has the same reaction to abx. I dont get sunburn either & im on Doxy also

I was wondering the same thing...I have been on abx for 4 months and don't have any symptoms that people describe as "herxing"...or typical abx symptoms.

I can think of 2 reasons why you are not burning on doxy:

1) you are on a low dose

2) you are taking it in the winter

The doxy burn happens in the summertime and to people who are on good sized doses. You are taking a number of other meds, so you are likely on a low dose of the doxy.
