I have an appt w/ my LLNP today.

I finished taking abx and now dealing w/ both candida and heavy metals.

I am currently taking paraguard and Nystatin. She gave me one dose of diflucan.

I know I have read on here that many people are on both Nystatin and diflucan.

Would love to know what others are taking, how much and for how long of meds and/or antifungals.

I know the importance of the diet as well and I am trying hard to stick w/ it, but after 5 months on abx especially Flagyl I need some heavy duty treatment to clear this.

My appt is late morning today so would love some immediate feedback if possible!!

You need something for the biofilm. Maybe some enzymes.

Also, probiotics. IF your insurance covers VSL3, then it's a really good one. She would need to write you a script for it.

You can buy it over the counter, but it's $55/bottle.

If your insurance doesn't cover, there are some oher good ones, too.

Thanks Garden. Can you explain more about the biofilms/enzymes? I am going to ask my LLNP about the VSL3 and a couple of other probiotics people have mentioned in my other post!

If you ask for VSL#3 DS .. be sure to have her write it for the DS ... otherwise, it is not a prescription.
