I've tested positive for Lyme, positive FISH for Babesia, and IGG + 1:64 for Bartonella. I've had extensive lyme and Babesia treatment, but have not directly treated Bartonella (Besides a couple months of Zithromax that was paired with Mepron, and 1 month of Biaxin).
Curious as to if anyone has a similar situation and saw huge improvements when treating Bartonella with Rifampin or Levaquin. Thanks!
Also, I've been doing IVIG 4x a month, and I'm guessing that would help treat Bartonella? Any input would be great.

i haven't treated bart yet. i feel like dog doo-doo that's been sh*tted on ten times.
my doc believes i have bart, just wanted to treat my gut first, then babesia, but she wants to revisit gut treatment for parasites before hitting bart.

Me too, I have not treated Bart yet either well I have but the dosing was too low. I just recently started IV for Lyme and I can feel pain has improvement a lot but I still got ways to go. I'm wondering if I should really tackle Bart first. I'll ask my LLMD next time I see her.

I had minimal improvement until I treated with Cipro. I had awful depression and anger. I flew into rage fits. It was crazy. Once I treated with Cipro, it seemed to disappear within weeks. I have since switched to Rifampin, but I have not had such a drastic improvement in any other portion of treatment. Cipro got me to having more good days than bad. Still have a ways to go....
