I understand the best time to rife for babesia is on the full moon or, if you're female, at the start of your period. What about bart? What about lyme?

I do not know if there is such a thing as the best time. Lyme is most easily killed when it is active.
If you are symptomatic, it is likely active form causing it, so that is a good time to hit Lyme.
I have not yet seen convincing evidence that cyst form can be destroyed, at this time.
Bart reproduces so quickly, you have to treat it as often as possible. Every day is not an unreasonable schedule for Bart.
I do not know the exact reproduction of Babesia, but it is slow like Lyme. Twice I thought I had eliminated it, in my wife, but months later it popped up again. We did eventually eliminate it, but keep treating for a few weeks after symptoms are gone, or it will likely be back.
I think you have some leeway on how often to treat Babesia, but the more often you treat, the quicker you will be rid of it. This is one that can be eliminated using frequencies. I think it is easier because the immune system helps more than with the other infections.
I am not aware of any moon phase correlation between treating for any of these infections, using frequencies.

Thanks Dan. There're so many cautions about treating too frequently it's hard to know what to do. I had a MAJOR herx with some bart frequencies then tried the exact same thing a few days later and nothing. There used to be a long thread about rifing on here but I can't find it. Do happen to have the link to it?
