Ive begun Epson salt baths. How often should I do this? When do you notice a difference? Is it automatic? How long should I soak?

I do them whenever I feel "toxic", or after exercise. Prob three times a week, if not four. I notice this feeling of "AAAAHHH" immediately. Do not soak for more than 20 minutes. Be careful not to make the water too hot. Happy soaking.

What fflutterby said is similar to what I do, three times a week. We add peroxide to our detox baths. Be sure to shower afterwards.

I was told by my doc to alternate epsom salt baths with baking soda

baths...since I don't have a bathtub...I am doing footbaths only...

I do them every day...alternating...2 cups / bath...20 minutes...
