I read that Zith works better on an empty stomach for full potency but I take it at the same time as the Mepron, on a very full stomach. I hope it works!!

I think it might be hard to stomach the Zith on an empty stomach! It is pretty harsh.

hmm, I have been taking them both at the same time. May have to stop all together like my other post says - I'm so depressed, I can't cope with all this anymore

My LLMD told me to take the zithromax with meals to avoid problems with my stomach (took it for 9 months--no stomach problems--also took probiotics).
He told me to take the Mepron(with lots of fat/nut butter) and Zithromax at the same time with meals. I haven't started that yet.
