I don't know if the brand matters, I am taking Zhang's and I was told to take it for 5 days a week, 3 x a day before each meal on an empty stomach..

On Mepron and Zith as well.

Artemisin has to be taken with grapefruit juice
otherwise a resistance develops

If grapefruit juice is not tolerated it has to be pulsed 3 weeks on 1 week off

I am not taking Artemisinin. I am taking Artemesia which is not pulsed. They are a little different.
