I am finding it difficult to find 23g of fat twice a day without it being unhealthy.

I have avocados, peanut butter and olive oil.

Any other suggestions?

Last night I had ice cream because I was desperate.
I know sugar is bad. Don't want to cause more harm.

Sesame tahini as a sauce - pour a lot on spinach (so like a creamed spinach dish)
It is best with some hot water, salt, and some gluten free soy and a dash of stevia.

Almond Butter or sunflower seeds or Almonds - that's what I use.

I ate a ton of almonds but my favorite are these cashew and almond clusters from Costco (they are in big bags and BIG sellers). Oh my goodness... they are so good... I did those and a whole lot of almonds...

Coconut milk icecream!

When I did mepron I used primarily olive oil, nuts, dark chocolate and seeds.

I took it after lunch and after dinner. Getting the fat with dinner isn't that hard... use 1-2 tbs of olive oil over your veggies, or soak it up using a small piece of bread. With the fats from your dinner, you'll get over 23 g there.

Lunch was more problematic, but a little olive oil with lunch, then eat some nuts (walnuts are a good choice) or seeds afterward, with a square or two of dark chocolate (85% or so) + fish oil, and you should be in the ballpark.

Ice cream, peanut butter, fatty junkfood, etc. isn't necessary really.
