i know Dr. B in his recent notes said that biofilms can be treated with banderol and samento, which is cats claw right? never heard of banderol. anyways, is this an either/or treatment than enzymes or is he saying to treat with all of these? i thought i read that pepsin treats it which is in my hydrochloric acid for my GI symptoms. can i just treat with that, and if so how much would i take?

Katrina: I will tell you what I have had the most success with with I believe biofilms-- I hope anyway... Bolouke-- now I also do Wobenzym for anticoagulation and inflammation but I just added Bolouke about a week ago and it is working beautifully. That with addressing heavy metals and taking my rifampin on an empty stomach... well, finally some progress down south... I hope this helps!

If you want a food source for wobenzyme, eat the Japanese "Natto" which is full of nattokinase. It is also much cheaper and it is a great probiotic. Google Natto and recipe
