I hurt my wrist while trying to lift 1# dumbells so I could start my weighlifting that Dr. B guidelines recommend!!! Go ahead and laugh:) I had problems with this wrist from holding my baby son his first years. It has been nearly two weeks of wearing my wrist guard and it is getting worse. So I will see the Orthopaedic dr tomorrow. I have NO IDEA how to fill out forms for regular doctors now. Do I tell him I'm on 8 different medications with two of them being anti-biotics Do I write on the forms or tell him verbally that I have chronic Lyme and babs when I have been clinically dx? Please help, my appointment is tomorrow afternoon.

Very sorry to hear this!!! Just try to protect your LLMD. You need to tell him what you're taking. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!
