I hurt my wrist while trying to lift 1# dumbells

so I could start my weighlifting that Dr. B

guidelines recommend!!! Go ahead and laugh:)

I had problems with this wrist from holding my

baby son his first years.

It has been nearly two weeks of wearing my wrist

guard and it is getting worse. So I will see the

Orthopaedic dr tomorrow.

I have NO IDEA how to fill out forms for regular

doctors now. Do I tell him I'm on 8 different

medications with two of them being anti-biotics

Do I write on the forms or tell him verbally

that I have chronic Lyme and babs when I have

been clinically dx?

Please help, my appointment is tomorrow

afternoon.

Very sorry to hear this!!!

Just try to protect your LLMD. You need to tell him what you're taking.

Tell him .. but try not to tell him your LLMD's name.
