Detox baths, coffee enemas and chlorella. That's my favorite and, seemingly, most effective ways of detoxing.

chlorella, 10 at a time morning noon and night away from other meds.
Detox baths, water, milk thistle for liver support. Liver is the detox organ that when the liver is overloaded with toxins will make the entire body ticked off.
Must be having bowel movements. Daily, two and three or more a day.
Also I found distilled water helpful during the worst of toxic times. I would drink a gallon a day for 2-3 days. Resupply body with lots of minerals after doing distilled water.
It can wash out the good with the bad.

Colonics are absolutely the best way for me to detox, since I have difficulty doing almost any other detox method (PICC line interferes with saunas & baths), and I'm partially disabled & cannot do a lot of things that would probably help, but I live alone most of the time (husband works long hours).

Colonics, Epsom Salt Baths and Far Infrared Sauna. I just started dry brushing three days ago but still too early to know how well that one really works.

I like to stay away from alchohol, glycerin tinctures et al and do the powdered herbal extracts. These are much stronger than the powdered or dried herb, standing alone. And the powdered extracts by Paradise Herbs (I do not work for them) have no binders, fillers, etc and are really potent.
Their milk thistle is concentrated 72!!!
They hunt the globe over to harvest the herbs in their most ideal growing conditions (soil, climate, etc) really high quality company!
I also think the blend in Dr Schulz's Formula 2 is really good. There may be times we need bentonite clay, apple pectin, psyillium husk and charcoal to absorb and bind with things. Especially during herxing, I have found the milk thistle standing alone is not enough, at least for me.
Chlorella: My LLMD said it can bind with the good stuff too, so don't take it with medication, but 3 hours apart, he said.
I think milk thistle is terribly important not only for detoxing but for actually helping hte liver to renew brand new liver cells, and to protect the liver from toxic uptake in the first place.
Amazing studies on repeated and repeated basis, show that the herb is capable of blocking even the poison aminita mushroom toxin (which usually causes liver hemorrhage and death). If they inject the constituent silymarin into people with accidental mushroom poisoning within 48-72 hours of exposure, almost every life is saved (you can see studies on Pubmed). One suicide case on Pubmed did not "Make it" but virtually every other case (that I have read about) survived. Laboratory rats pre-treated with silymarin, if fed the poison aminita mushroom toxin thereafter, show 100% protection according to Potters Herbal Cyclopedia. It is believed that the constituents in milk thistle bind to receptor sites and block the entry of poisons to the liver.
So milk thistle does more than detox the liver, it actually protects it. Best wishes, CI

I take 4-5 tablets right after each meal. I take Biopure brand as it's grown in a controlled environment and Dr. K recommends it. I've noticed a lot of improvement in my left side abdominal pain since taking them and doing coffee enemas.
One other thing that's happened since taking coffee enemas and chlorella that kind of surprised me, I started passing parasites. Gross! I know coffee enemas and chlorella is not a parasite protocol, but it's sure getting a lot of those bad buggers out of me.
I like the way it's been helping my abdomen and my mind seems to be a bit more clear too. I also failed to mention that I take Milk Thistle with each meal.
I also take Jernigan Nutraceuticals Neuro-Antitox CNS/PNS remedies for detoxing as well. They have three different Neuro-Antiox formulas depending on what your symptoms are. These are all natural, very gentle, and I've hardly hexed while taking them http://www.jernigannutraceuticals.com/Neuro-Antitox%20II%20long%20new.html

The optimal way to take chlorella is 20 minutes or so before a meal. That way when bile dumps from eating, the chlorella is already there to mop up the toxins.
Sometimes I have to take it at other times when I feel metals on the move, but before meals is the best.

Here is one of my favorite pages on Detox protocols.
It goes into detail on things like saunas, coffee enemas, juicing, poultices and more.

I learned something interesting about detoxing. The lymphedema therapist warned me to be careful not to overdo the herbal teas. Her very gentle massage dumps my liver so quickly that I am sick that day and even the next day. We have to stop at a bathroom on our ride home.
She said that of course we need to detox. But it must be done carefully and slowly. I do take milk thistle twice a day. She also told me to be sure to get liver function lab work done often, which I do.
