i have been in oklahoma and didn't take anything with me except for bp meds.

when i got back yesterday, i took two drops of olive leaf extract in water but i'd also taken my vitamins too.

last night i got that really bad headache. stabbing pain at the temples. it was around a 5 or 6 level.

i had a headache before but it stayed about 2-3 the entire time. seems like i have it every day.

so has anybody had headaches with olive leaf extract? oh yes, forgot, i took a epsom salts bath too.

is headache a herx?

Maybe it's die-off from candida. Been wondering where you were! [Smile]

I've definitely herxed with OLE--it gave me flu-like symptoms. I'm not sure if it was a viral upheaval or the Lyme.
