My digestive system and liver are getting really bad. Not on ABX at this time. Haven't been for 9 months and was on it only 6 wks before problems started.
I know fresh organic juicing helps cleanse liver and organs, but I am too weak to stand up and do juicing. No one to help me so need a product that I can just mix in something...more quickly than juicing veggies....surely there is something out there???
Can y'all recommend a really good greens juicing powder substitute thing? Obviously need more than just greens in it, but with severe brainfog can only think of that to describe it.
Thanks for any help.

Trader Joes has a green powder product that seems pretty good; I use it occasionally, though juice frequently...

Plenty of options like this in most health food stores. I haven't used any of them recently, so can't suggest a brand specifically.

My wife and I like Green Vibrance. It's a well rounded green that has a variety of good stuff in it. Read the ingredient list and reviews here:
Another one that my wife and I like is Amazing Grass. It has some of the same ingredients in it as Green Vibrance but a few different ones too (read the label and compare). We both think this one tastes better than the other ones we've tried.
Another one we drink is Paradise Orac-Energy Greens. This is the least best tasting one in our opinions, but probably one of the more potent ones. It has 4-1/2 stars from 50 users.
We like to alternate between the three, however, the Paradise is one that I tend to take in the morning as it can make you a bit hyper and give you some added energy.
Amazing Grass and Green Vibrance is gluten free, the Paradise says it is but it's a bit vague due to the process they use. They claim by the time it goes through some process it becomes gluten free. Not sure how that works.
Green Vibrance has Soy Lecithin powder in it. The label says "(Soy), (non-GMO) 98% oil free". That's the one negative about this one that we are somewhat leery about. Maybe it's OK, but whenever I see the word soy in it I tend to shy away from it.

For a weak and deficient person, the Paradise Herbs Orac Energy Greens might be very helpful. For someone less deficient, or amped up, or with nerve zaps/electricity/agitation from lyme, it is not the product to use.
The medicinal mushrooms in this product provide liver, adrenal and immune support, as do the ginsengs. The goji berries, acai, and mixed cereal grasses provide ample antioxidant and chlorophyll support. There is milk thistle in it too for liver support, as I recall. It's an excellent product for someone who is convalescing and needs strengthening, energy lifting, etc.
For someone already going "full beef" or more, I can see where it could make some people hyper, but only some people. I've seen a lot of people who are not ill or recovering, and have full energy, do very well with it.
Definitely avoid in over-stimulated conditions such as those mentioned above. Then it *could* make a person hyper or make the agitation worse.
Best, CI
