I am trying to determine what to expect the costs of initial tests for Lyme by a LLMD. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You can call Igenex in California and ask (Igenex.com, I believe). Back when I had my testing done, I believe it cost about $650. That was a test for lyme, 2 tests for babesiosis, 2 for bartonella, and one for ehrlichia.
You can ask Igenex to give you a rough cost for this. It all may be covered in what they call the Eastern Coinfection Panel, or something like that.
If your doc also orders a CD 57 test, that is done through regular labs that take insurance, so you would only have to pay your typical copay--not enough to worry about.
