Hi I found few posts about niacinamide being a food supplement for nerve repair, and I wanted to know if anybody has any long term feedback to give. what dose did you atke and for how long , did you notice substantial imporvement...

Niacinamide has helped me with pain in the soles of the feet but not with neuropathic pain. Magnesium seemed more helpful for neuropathy symptoms along with B12 and B complex.
