is it caused by a lymph node or the fact the lymph node is overwhelmed by borellia or other bacteria it's trying to escort OUT of your body via the lymph system?

it is more of the right lat muscle area up near the arm pit. It was one of my first symptoms 3 years ago. I tend to get it for awhile then it goes away for a few weeks
