I am not sure if we have already communicated but this was a big problem for me...but mine was right armpit to right chest......

I did have an enlarged lymph nose that incresed in size......but now the pain has subsided....

It can definatley be caused by lymph node......

is it caused by a lymph node or the fact the lymph node is overwhelmed by borellia or other bacteria it's trying to escort OUT of your body via the lymph system?

i'm not sure. i have sharp rib pains like that as well from time to time.

it is more of the right lat muscle area up near the arm pit. It was one of my first symptoms 3 years ago.
I tend to get it for awhile then it goes away for a few weeks
