This has been ongoing for me for some time, but lately it has been getting worse.

I have the POTS without the "O" i.e my blood pressure stays normal when I stand, only my heart rate would go up.

I had it under control with a beta blocker and still do.

Here is my problem: I sleep like a baby, my dreams are not the best, but often I don't remember them.

When I wake up, the light coming in my room seems to bother me, not sure. But I start squirming all over the bed to the point where I just have to get up.

I get out of bed and I come to my office chair and sit.

The change from laying to being upright is profound. I immediately get out of breath. My right eye starts tearing, I get freezing cold as if to be outside in 30 degree weather. I get tense all over, my eyeballs begin to hurt and I get pains all over my scalp, but especially on the back of the head.

The worst of this is the shortness of breath and severe anxiety I'm feeling. With my last Herx, all of this got way worse. Today is day 5 holding treatment thinking this is a Herx, but I'm beginning to think it's not a Herx and I don't know what could be causing this.

I have read on Orthostatic intolerance and it appears I have this, but in an entire different dimension.

It is scaring the crap out of me. I take my Klonopin, beta blocker, 400mg of Neurontin and from there its a matter of trying to calm down my CNS. Benadryl has been helpful as has been low dose percocet. Xanax doesn't do anything.

These breathing attack have gone on for hours on end for the last 5 days and is saring the Cr*p out of me.

I have told people before that my anxiety feels like it's positional. Sometime just putting my feet up while in a chair will give me the anxiety feeling in my stomach.

Oh yeah, the pathetic crying I do like a 2 year old often comes on in the morning while all this is going on. Perhaps, I'm just scared, but some of it is "Labile" crying. All of my senses are just whacked out.

If this is Babesia, I've never heard of it like this and I do have the WA1 Duncani.

Found out yesterday from integrative DR. that I have Mercury in the blood, I'm not digesting my food, my Histadine is very low which regulates Neurotransmitters and a few other big problems.

I started digestive enzymes last night. Waiting for her email that will tell me what else to take.

Thanks in advance.. If one person can relate to any of this, especially the breathing stuff, you will make me feel a bit better that I'm not alone with this. I feel like I'm running out of steam with all of this. My body will never just "RELAX" and there isn't a single Psych drug that will address this and I've tried them all over 4 years since all of this started.

Thanks in advance as usual,

Gary

Unless you treat parasites for weeks and months, I see no light at the end of your tunnel. I am not talking about a colon cleanse. I am talking about a protocol including pharmaceuticals - .

Please read my posts about this subject. I have posted many of Dr. K.'s protocols. Parasites are the ones that do us in. There is no doubt and Dr. K. always treats them first, after doing some correcting of nutritional deficits. You cannot get well while parasites devour your food leaving you with their die-off (Babuschka principle).

Your problem description fits this perfectly.
Mercury in the blood is a temporary problem during the die-off until it resettles elsewhere. It does not "live" in the blood

It really does not matter which parasite. Just talk to your doctor and start treating. Have him/her check out Varystrongylus Klapowi aka Lungworm causing problems starting in the gut all the way up including loading tonsils with toxins and the brain. Parasites will survive but will keep you at least halfway alive in order not to lose their housing. Many have Toxoplasmosis underlying mycoplasma - also a nasty that is often missed. Most people are carriers even though never having owned a cat.

Again - if you want to make some headway - take parasites seriously, please.

Good luck and take care.

Take care.

GiGi, I also travel that tunnel where there is no light. [Frown] I really don't ever see myself making headway with my current approach, but I'm running out of options unfortunately. [Frown]

Seek, if you keep doing what you have been doing you will get similar results as you have been getting. The Chinese have a nice saying. My suggestion: Quit doing what you are doing and change course. Saying no before you start isn't going to do a thing for you, ever!

Go back onto some common threads and read your own posts. Mr. No or Mrs. Doubt has little chance for success. It took me a while to learn this also.

Hope and good luck!

AGREE, AGREE, AGREE with GiGi about treating for parasites. GO AFTER THE PARASITES IF YOU WANT TO GET WELL!

Focus on it and go after them like you would if you were faced with a home invasion, because that is what these parasites are akin too. They have invaded your body.

How can I fit treating parasite into all my other medication schedules?

I just couldn't make it fit the schedule.

Some of those symptoms resolved for me with Bartonella treatment, but lots of symptoms remain after 18 months of treatment.

I see no hope anymore.

Adrenal sound like they are shot. With POTS, it helps if you have a big glass of water first thing when you wake up with some sea salt in it.

Treat Parasites.

Rule out or treat Mold.

Many people keep on staying with abx that they no longer need and they forget that all other neurotoxins caused by different pathogens create similar or worse symptoms.

Read my post on Mold and the list of symptoms!

Take care.

I've started reading Surviving Mold from Dr. S in MD. Very elightening. What surprises me most is even though alternative, he seems to have a lack of respect for many Lyme doctors and believe all they see is Lyme/TBIs even when all labs point to negative.

I really like his thought process. I wonder if he's the real deal. He's my kind of guy - intelligent, factual, driven by labs, etc. I had no idea mold is this deadly.

Of course lyme and co are to be suspected first and foremost.

Also:

I wonder if adrenal fatigue could be involved?

www.christopherhobbs.com or www.healthy.net

I would think if you score high on the metals that to address that would be helpful too.

Headsup: A doc warned me that if leaky gut or a compromised brain barrier exists (as often is the case with lyme), that to detoxify heavy metals in that situation is to invite auto-immune attack.

But I think we have to weigh the pros and cons in the balance.

To check this out with your integrative MD would be key, see what s/he thinks.

Here are two studies about mercury and health recovery rates after amalgam removal. Perhaps the list of symptoms from which people recovered might help your peace of mind:

www.flcv.com/hgrecovp.html

www.lichtenberg.dk/symptoms_before_and_after_proper.htm

One thing I have found really helps me if I am scared, is to get facts and information. In this case, from my docs, or support from people on the forum here. The experience of others can really help!

Have you checked into a possible chlamydia pneumonia infection?

Best wishes, CI
