I have had high VEGF since Jan 2010. I have gone through two years of treatment for lyme, bart, babs, Erhlichia. I am at 80-95% throughout the monthly cycle. However, my VEGF is still high. Immune complex is high. And Erhlichia IGg is still high. The rest of my blood test is normal including sediment rate, Autoimmune, CD57...
I only have head issues left: headaches/pressure, earfullness, tinitus,... I wonder if it is related VEGF. The only time VEGF was lowered to normal was when I was on Bart treament rifampin and Bactrim DS for a couple of months. But after I stopped, it goes back up.
Has anyone lowered VEGF successfully?

It sounds as though your Bartonella may not be treated adequately or may need ongoing treatment to manage it.

I agree. High VEGF is a sign of bartonella. Clearly, it's low with treatment then rises again, it's not been treated adequately.
