So now im only on Doxy 200mg which is back where i was before.. I dont where to turn what to do or what antibiotics to take since my mind was so set on this IV... Since the Dr said i have neuro lyme.. what are some other good antibiotics other then IV Rocephin for neuro lyme?

Rulide is the best antibiotic for neuro Lyme. You'll have to get it from Australia, Mexico, or some other country.
It's not sold in the U.S. because the drug companies don't want to pay for FDA approval because the drug is low cost and they can't make enough profit on it.
I know first-hand, a person who obtained this drug herself from Mexico over the internet. She took it for two months and is now wholly well. No relapses in 10 years. Until the time she took it, she had Lyme for two years.

What about intra muscular Rocephen given weekly?
Could you manage a once a week appointment?

I got about 60 -70% better on Biaxin, then after a year pulsed Doxy w/ Biaxin at 300 mg.s 4 days a week. Did this for about 6 months and am now very close to feeling normal.
Most if not all neuro. symptoms gone.
I could not do Rocephin due to allergy.

Flagyl combined with anything
You can get better with orals. Just need to find the right combo. Focus on that rather than the label 'neuro'.

Every day??? Wow. Most people get a PICC and do their infusions at home.
Only 200 mg doxy per day? Usually it's that amount but twice per day.
I might look for another doctor who is willing to treat you with adequate amounts and work with a PICC line if he uses IV.
BTW, I had neuro lyme, that's what chronic Lyme is. Many of us get better without ever doing IV ..... BUT we do various oral combinations, not just a low dose of doxy.

- Definitely a red flag when a doctor insists that you come to his office everyday for IV. Pretty big conflict of interest if you ask me.

I have a feeling I know where you are going for tx. I tried to pm you but your mailbox is full. If my suspicions are correct, you really need to find another doc.
