Hi there! Please help me with my recent Igenex results--unfortunately I did poorly in science!

IgM
18++
**23-25
**31
**34
**39
**41 IND
**83 +

IgG
**23-25
**31
**34
**39 IND
**41 +
**83-93

The other were negative
Multiplex B. Burgdorferi--whole blood and serum
Babesia FISH
HME panel
HGE panel
B. henselae
B. microti

And then blood tests came back positive for erlichia, bartonella, and pneumoniae. I have had "ALS" for a year but am on the right track now I believe. Thanks for help!

Yours looks like my son's IgeneX labs. Not strongly positive but showing something. We treated with an ILADS doctor because his other labs showed evidence of coinfections and what not.
I had "lupus" for 10 years prior to Lyme diagnosis.
I'm glad things are getting better for you!

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Thank you! Thank you! Do the double stars indicate that they tested for that band or that that band was present? Sorry for being so lame/lyme!

PLUS sign means a positive band. Double pluses mean a stronger response.

STARS mean important Lyme-specific bands. (only Lyme can cause them to show up)

Band 83-93 is the DNA of the Bb spirochete.

And IND means indeterminate...meaning there may be a slight/weak response. If u have had lyme for awhile, your immune response could b weak, which is why you can test negative on the WB, yet still have lyme.

Some Dr.s give their patients a short course (I think it is two weeks) of abx before testing in order to knock back the bacterial load, so that your immune system can come back and have a stronger response on the test.
