Could this be a muscle spasm due to low magnesium?

Which kind of mag are you presently taking?
You may need to increase it.

Maybe it's from low mag. but the last time I tried to take it I had a severe episode of neuro symptoms. I remember reading awhile back that if someone if very deficient in mag they can have a reaction if they take it but it wasn't clear on what that reaction would involve. Do you know anything about that?

Anyway, b/c I had the weird reaction, I haven't been taking it b/c I'm scared of it happening again. I have Magnesium glycinate.

Thanks Tutu. I also deleted my sent message and I don't have the brain power to remember what I wrote at the moment. I did clean house in my mailbox though.
