CVS Easy Fiber.

It's sugar free, gluten free, flavor free and grit free.

You (they) won't even know you added it to a food or drink.

Can't tell if it's gluten free. May call to ask. Nice that it contains probiotics.

We use Tru Fiber. One scoop mixed in juice daily works wonders for my ds (11).
