This is a shame for me that i have been sick for almost 2 years and still don't know if i have a positive Lyme test or not.
Can someone help me figure this out please? I am doubting if i have Lyme now.
Igenex IGG result Negative 18,41,58+ 34IND 22,23-25,28,30,31,39,45,66,73,83-93 all (-)
IGM
18,22,28,30,39,45,58,66,73,83-93 all (-) 41+ 23-25,31,34,83-93 IND
I am so confused! I remember my LLMD doubted me after this test but i always responded to abx.
Do i have any influence of BB from these results or No?
Also i had a western blot done by Labcorp about 5 months before the Igenex one and the results were
IGG P93,66,58,45,39,30,28,23,18, all Absent
P41 Present
The results for this was also negative.
Help please!

That looks positive to me.
Most LLMD's see a IND result as positive.
You have band 18 which is specific for Lyme No other disease would cause this to be positive Look at Interpreting the Western Blot

Also looks positive to me.
41 is more significant than what the main street medical MD's imply. It's specific to only a few spirochete bacteria and one can normally rule out the non lyme bacteria via symptoms.
My daughter has been sick for 20 months and she has never been positive on the WB. At best she had 3 positive bands but never at the same time plus a couple of indeterminates.

I would say positive also. See below for more info on specific titers. Your immune system is compromised.
9 cross-reactive for Borrellia 12 specific for Bb 18 unknown 20 cross-reactive for Borrellia 21 unknown 22 specific for Bb, probably really the 23/25 band 23-25 outer surface protein C (OspC), specific for Bb 28 unknown 30 unknown; probably an outer surface protein; common in European and one California strain 31 outer surface protein A (OspA), specific for Bb 34 outer surface protein B (OspB); specific for Bb 35 specific for Bb 37 specific for Bb 38 cross-reactive for Bb 39 is a major protein of Bb flagellin; specific for Bb 41 flagellin protein of all spirochetes; this is usually the first to appear after a Bb infection and is specific for all Borrellia 45 cross-reactive for all Borellia (sometimes people with Lyme who have this band positive also have the co-infection Ehrlichiosis) 50 cross-reactive for all Borrellia 55 cross-reactive for all Borrellia 57 cross-reactive for all Borrellia 58 unknown but may be a heat-shock Bb protein 60 cross reactive for all Borrellia 66 cross-reactive for all Borrelia, common in all bacteria 83 specific antigen for the Lyme bacterium, probably a cytoplasmic membrane 93 unknown, probably the same protein in band 83, just migrates differently in some patients

I have been on treatment for about 2 years on and off.
Took abx for about 5 months straight and then took it maybe 5 days in a month.
Now i have a big attack of raging symptoms all at once.
