I have been researching this but get conflicting information - not clear about the dosage. I looked at Groovy2's posts but am still confused.

I am going to the GP at the end of this month and want to suggest this treatment. I will have been on Mepron/zithro for 6 months at that time with artesunate last month and artemesiin prior two months.

I am doing ok but need more aggressive treatment at this point. I need to know how to dose this, how long and if it is ok to use along with mepron/zithro .

I hope someone knows. Thanks.

I have taken this and will be again. I took one primaquine a day plus chloroquine like Groovy said.

I'm back on one primaquine a day but plan to ramp up to two a day soon. Then I will do three pulses of three days chloroquine.

One symptom that chloroquine hit the first time was my cold spells. Well, they came back 6 weeks after stopping.

I just finished three months of mepron, art, bactrim, cryptolepsis with lots of good results.

Thanks Jay. I was real lucky that you happened to come on today and saw my post.

Do you still take it?

I am currently doing well but that can change quickly. I feel good physically and emotionally. I worked my tail off today and enjoyed myself. This time of year is always good for me. I think it is the vitamin D.

I don't want to let my gains be for nothing which is why I need to get after it. Then Ehrichlia and Bb will probably be dominant again in the fall.
