my mcs is crazy severe now. Trying 2 find a way to get to dr.

I contacted foust and they sent me charcoals to test. I told them how severely sick i was on a good day. and they still reccomended i test them all. one triggered me very badly with less than 5 seconds exposure in tha same room.

Because i told them on a good day i was so bad i cant sit up ever and can barely wwalk from the couch to the bathroom and i react to everything and gave examples (money, newspaper, fragrance free sunscreen... have to live in isolation... been triggered badly through a mcs mask...cant go to the er or hospitaletc. I would have thought they would have been more careful what they wanted me to try.

I am thinking the only one i could use is pure cocunut shell. but how am i supposed to to trust that it wont make me sick because they apparently have no concern for their customers.

Thank you so much for your opinions and expereinces. I am so sick and so stuck and really have to get some medical help.

I do have MCS myself, but am still able to go outside & to doctor offices. I have to avoid latex paint (allergic to latex), perfumes/colognes, cosmetics, car exhaust (sulfur), and many other things, but some days it seems everywhere I want to go has something I have to turn around and go back outside. It is very frustrating.

Some things that may help you:

Vitamin B12 in large doses. Assists the enzymes and detox pathways that can be affected in those with MCS.

Molybdenum. Also assists the enzymes involved in detoxing stuff us MCS'rs commonly react to.

Magnesium, Zinc, Iron (if deficient). Also supports the enzymes in the liver that do much of the detox work.

Look into methylation cycle genomics. Certain genomic variants have a hugely difficult time detoxing all sorts of things (lyme die-off, sulfur, alcohols & aldehydes, ammonia, etc.).

Genomic testing is least expensive through this link (I have no financial connection with this website, clinic, etc.):
http://www.holisticheal.com/health-tests/nutrigenomic-testing/comprehensive-methylation-panel-with-methylation-pathway-analysis.html

More info on methylation (I have no financial connections with any of these websites, doctors, or companies):

I hope this is helpful. Take care,
