I feel extremely ADD.

My focusing is almost non existent. It takes every ounce of energy to complete the simpelst things.

Does anyone know anything that can be done to help that symptom?

I k now of someone who does BIT Brain Therapy however her price is $100.00 per hour.

Who has that kind of money?

I've had ADD for as long as I can remember but only got treated at age 23ish. The brain fog is worsened by Lyme. I take ritalin for it and it helps alot.

I'm a total mess as well. I cannot focus on anything. I have gotten much better since treating Bart, but I am still kind of screwy. Wish I knew a way around it!
