As some of you know I have just started chlorella for lead toxicity, and so I just wanted to report that I have had the heaviest sleep in a long time the last two nights. I kind of thought the lighter sleep I have experienced was just part of getting old or something, but maybe not. It's funny how all these wierd symptoms just convince you to expect what should not be expected

I take chlorella everyday also but havent noticed a change in my sleep. How many do you take and when? I would love to get a nights sleep!

Bio pures chlorella pyrenidodsa, 200 mg three times a day. You can never be sure about coincidence, but it seems to have been a clear effect
