Hello,

my non lyme literate dr who is treating me for lyme had me testited with cd4 test and was all happy to see the value had gone up, ironically the test was done in a period where I had never felt worse (and not due to herx because no abx taken!!)
I have done some research on the net and I have seen this test associated only to HIV, to establish how the immune system is working.

Now; I know that for lyme you need the CD 57 test, but would this cd 4 be completly irrelevant??

thank you

Hi Cave,

Dr's B guide says cd57 is THE marker to know if you have lyme, has this turned out to be not true? I should spend more time on forums!!

thank you
